The required contractor disclaimer
This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.
Our role in the call
Furnace Connect is a referral website. Calls may be screened, recorded or connected to independent service providers. We do not perform furnace repairs or installations and do not represent that a listed or receiving contractor is our employee.
A call does not establish a confirmed appointment, an arrival time, a repair recommendation or any particular outcome. Confirm the provider’s identity, availability, diagnostic arrangements and charges directly before authorizing work.
Provider selection and responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether to hire a provider and for verifying the licensing and insurance required for the work. Check the proposed scope, applicable permits and other service terms directly with the contractor. This site does not present provider reviews, ratings or contractor credentials as its own.
Furnace Connect may receive compensation for qualifying referrals. Call routing can depend on coverage, provider availability and commercial arrangements; it is not an independent ranking of contractors.
Illustrative photography
Website photographs are generated illustrative scenes. All people depicted are models, not contractors listed on this site, employees, verified customers or evidence of completed work. No scene establishes a Furnace Connect office, vehicle, installation or local service history.
Information and emergencies
Guides explain common symptoms and questions to discuss with a professional. They do not diagnose your furnace or authorize repair work. For gas smells, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire or immediate danger, leave and contact emergency services from a safe location. This referral number is not an emergency response line.
